ActionDignity was established with a vision to create a just and equitable Calgary for all. Our mission is to work together with ethnocultural, racialized, and equity seeking groups to create transformational changes in our communities and society. Our approach is to catalyze collective impact by building the capacities of grassroots racialized community members to strengthen their communities and bring about systems change. We achieve this mission through a range of programs aimed to create change at multiple levels: individuals and families, communities, and policy advocacy for systems change. Our programs engage with racialized communities, build their capacity, and support their connections to communities and social networks.
