Linette Soldan is the Executive Director of Rowan House Society. Over the past 20 years, Rowan House Society has provided family violence prevention and interventions to communities in Southern Alberta. Rowan House offers a continuum of trauma-informed services to individuals who are experiencing family violence and abuse through our Emergency Shelter, Children's Program, and Prevention and Outreach Program.
Throughout Linette's career, she has supported individuals and their families with counselling, safety planning, case planning, parenting strategies, poverty and navigation of community resources that will build their formal and informal supports. Supporting individuals and their families to increase their sense of safety, resiliency, and dignity is key through the collaboration of strong partnerships. Partnerships assists in seamless client delivery and improves access to services for women and their families experiencing family violence and abuse.
