Enabling Community Data Sharing for the E4A Strategy and Collective Impact Evaluation Framework

A thorough assessment of data sharing in the changing context of Enough for All had to go beyond the tactical considerations (i.e. what policies, processes and technologies should be used?) to also include the strategic considerations (i.e. what type of performance measurement and evaluation is appropriate for the current state of Enough for All?). Based on a foundation of research and learning this report tackles both the tactical and strategic aspects of data sharing.
